Victoria and Simon’s day was predicted to have gale force winds and thunder storms but we were gifted with dramatic skies while dodging the rain and it ended perfectly with a magical sunset. Their style oozed elegance and personal touches such as their lego people added to the charm of their day. Their June wedding was held at the beautiful church at St Mary’s Church, Cubbington before heading to one of our favourite venues the stunning Swallows Nest Barn near Stratford. It has the perfect blend of fantastic views and stylish interior space.
Victoria’s morning preparations took place in her childhood home helped by her bridesmaids and parents. Some of Warwickshire best loved suppliers helped make Victoria even more beautiful.. make up and hair by Bryony Dalton, flowers by the flower shop, Leamington and her dress from nicola Anne. Simon enjoyed his morning at their home together with his best men stylished dressed in suits from Heaphys before heading to the church to meet his ushers and guests.
After an emotional ceremony, rain and confetti followed the couple as they departed in their Morgan stopping on route to Chesterton windmill we took advantage of the the dramatic landscape and sky. Such was the beauty of the landscape we were recently awarded a highly commended by national photography society for one of their images. After their wonderful portrait session the heavens opened and we speed to the warm and welcoming Swallows Nest Barn.
Guests were treated to a tasty three course dinner and touching speeches before the fabulous entertainment of the best men dj and The Granulites kicked started the evening after cutting the fabulous cake created by Simon’s mum. As the evening progressed a perfect opportunity for a sunset session arose finishing with a few evening shots all within the extensive grounds of swallows nest Barn
